Since the beginning of the pandemic, we here at the The Survey Initiative have been undertaking numerous surveys for our clients to help them understand how their people are feeling during these unprecedented times. We have now put together a wider study based on this work to enable us to draw a picture of how organisations are managing the situation and how well supported their people are feeling.
The study is in three phases, with the first phase running through June and July 2020. The second phase with run through October and November 2020 and the final phase February through March 20201. The aim is to explore, understand and track over the next 10 months how organisations and their people are handling and coping with the situation. We will be reporting at each phase and preparing a whitepaper once all three phases have been concluded.

Employees wellbeing, both mentally and physically, is even more important now than ever. Using over 25 years of experience in the field of employee research, engagement and wellbeing we have put together a phased study allowing us to explore how organisations are managing the coronavirus situation and how employees are coping with such a sea change in their work and home lives.
Our study uses 20 core questions covering support, integrity, resilience and mindset as well as asking people what their current working situation is, their normal working situation and how comfortable thy are returning to their normal place of work.
Over the course of three phases this will allow us to build a picture of how organisations and their people are managing.

At each phase we’ll provide a PowerPoint presentation of your results. This provides a narrative of your scores plus pulls out trends and themes for your consideration and for phases 2 and 3 looks at the direction of travel as well as external benchmarking.
As standard in all our reports (excluding the comment report) we will include both internal and external benchmarking. Allowing you to track your direction of travel across the 3 phases (internal) as well as seeing how you compare to other organisations participating in the study (external)
At the conclusion of the third phase we will be preparing the detailed whitepaper covering the results and our conclusions. Each participating organisation will receive a copy of this paper for their information and internal use.
Option 1 – Free Study
Free and easy to undertake, we will administer on your behalf. You will benefit from the studies core questions and core demographics. We will administer the study for your organisation; sending invitations and responding to queries. You can seek feedback from all your employees, a random sample or a subset. At the completion of each phase you’ll receive your organisation’s reports.

Option 2 – Your own demographics
In addition to the studies core demographics, you can add your organisation’s specific demographic questions (such as location, division, department, team, length of service etc.). Your reports will benefit from an additional level of organisation specific analysis and insight, through all reports, which will be provided at the completion of each phase of the study.

Option 3 – Up 10 of your own questions
You can further tailor the study, seeking feedback on issues specific to your organisation. You can include up to 10 additional questions – these can be provided from our existing bank of questions or we can design them to suit your needs. Your reports will benefit from an additional level of organisation specific analysis which will be provided at the completion of each phase of the study.
