Report types

Reporting - you are in control

Your survey reports will be clear and concise and will provide you with detailed insight and understanding into the perceptions of your employees.

As you would expect, you have full control and input in to the type and level of reports that we produce for your survey. We will discuss and agree with you, in advance, what your reporting requirements are.

We offer a complete range of high level and detailed reports. The reports available are for use at varying levels in an organisation from Board to local level. This allows for ownership and action planning to be retained at the correct level within the organisation.

Benchmarking - your scores in context

It is important to be able to put your survey scores into perspective and context. We maintain a detailed normative database of surveys conducted in the past three years. This allows you to view your survey data in relation to other organisations within our benchmark database.

It is worth noting however, that the most powerful and important benchmarking scores available are your own survey-on-survey scores produced each time you conduct a survey. There is no better and more accurate benchmark available than these scores. They allow you to accurately track and monitor remedial work on an ongoing basis. Thus ensuring that the action you take as a result of your survey, has the right effect.
