The Survey Initiative was established to deliver high quality and cost effective employee survey solutions. Several years on, we are proud to be continuing to deliver what we do best for our clients. Our unique approach to conducting employee surveys is founded on 15 years of experience. Our team are adept in conducting employee research in both large and small organisations, across a wide spread of industries.
We believe in working flexibly, and will adapt our tried and tested methodology to your needs. We also take the time to get to know you; for an employee survey to be fully effective, we need to understand your aims and objectives. With this information we can ensure that the employee survey meets those needs.
We can manage and deliver the complete survey process for you, or you can select from our skills to deliver just some elements. Our team will advise and support you during the process, but it is your survey and you will retain ownership of the project and of course, the outcomes.
