How to make the most of your survey?
Our aim is to provide a successful survey, the way in which we measure this is to deliver accurate, meaningful and actionable data that allow our clients to implement positive change. We augment our consultancy expertise by using state-of-the-art technology, making our services even more cost effective.
We follow a four-stage process:
- Understand your aims and objectives for the survey project and how these fit into wider-ranging organisational undertakings;
- Discuss and agree with you the questions and topics that best meet your requirements;
- Set up and host the questionnaire online for you. We can also provide you with a printed version if required;
- Prepare a detailed summary report highlighting key findings, for instance where you are doing particularly well and those areas that require attention.
We have an extensive database of comparative benchmark data against which we can compare your scores, so you can view your results in context. In addition, for those organisations that have previously conducted surveys we will include these internal scores within the report which will allow for both internal and external benchmarking and comparison.
