Meet the team
Gary Cattermole
Gary’s initial grounding was in the areas of sales and marketing, in the mid nineties he joined Longman Software Publishing to head up the business development of SURVEYkits (the worlds first employee opinion survey toolkit). After spearheading its growth over an 18 month period, Gary joined EMPLOYeSURVEYS, the original developers of SURVEYkits, helping to establish EMPLOYeSURVEYS as a leading provider of employee surveys.
Following its successful growth, in 2006 employesurvey was bought by a leading consultancy group.
He has managed numerous employee research projects for a variety of organisations. He is a partner at The Survey Initiative (and enjoys sports, in particular table tennis and football).
Jaime Johnson
Jaime has an MSc in Applied Social Research coupled with nearly ten years employee research expertise. She originally worked within the Ministry of Defence before moving to a dedicated psychology based consultancy.
Managing the research team within the consultancy, she delivered many key national and international employee survey projects. In addition she successfully set-up and established a leading NHS 360° feedback tool for Doctors as well as managing the psychometric testing aspect of the consultancy.
She is the founding partner of The Survey Initiative (and loves a good coffee).
Alison McKinney
Alison’s career began in the finance industry, in particular within the customer service, mortgage and life insurance sector. After 11 years gaining experience in this field for a major high street bank, she put working life on hold to raise a family.
She returned to work in 1997 as a civilian clerk for the Ministry of Defence in Germany, and then, after moving back to the UK in 2000, Alison began working for Local Authority within the Housing Service.
We are pleased that Alison has brought her Client Liaison and Project Management skills to The Survey Initiative (she likes a glass of fine wine and a good ‘chinwag’!).
