A 1:1 feedback session gives managers and leaders an opportunity to explore their employee survey results with an experienced professional. Here one of our team of experts will enable the delegate to gain a clear picture of what’s going on in their organisation/department.
We provide a safe space to consider the survey results, discuss a delegate’s thoughts and test their assumptions. By the end of the session a delegate will have a clear understanding of how to communicate the results with the organisation/team and how to move forward.
