Our approach to employee surveys

Our approach to conducting employee surveys uses a mix of academic methodology and professional expertise within human resources.

'...personal attention from people who understood why and how we would use the survey...'

Vineeta Kaura, HR Director - Thompsons Solicitors

We have tailored the process to maximise the benefits for our clients by using technology to augment our consultancy expertise. This allows us to provide unparalleled value for money.

We follow a simple but effective four stage process:

  1. Understand your aims and objectives for the survey project and how these may fit into wider ranging organisational undertakings;
  2. Discuss and agree with you the questions and topics that best meet your requirements;
  3. Setup and host the questionnaire online for you. We can also provide you with a printed version of the questionnaire if not all your employees have access to the internet;
  4. Analyse and prepare a detailed summary report based on the data collected. Highlighting key areas of interest - where you are doing particularly well - and those areas that may require attention.

Benchmarking

We have an extensive database of comparative benchmark data against which we can compare your scores, so you are able to view your results in context. In addition, for those organisations that have previously conducted surveys we will include these internal scores within the report, thus allowing for both internal and external benchmarking.

Finally

This approach is robust, tried and tested. It ensures that the quality of our work remains at a high standard and yet we are able to keep costs for your employee surveys to a minimum. To find out more, click here.
