Our approach to employee surveys

Our approach to conducting employee surveys uses a mix of academic methodology and professional expertise in human resources.

We have tailored the process to maximise the benefits for our clients by using technology to augment our consultancy expertise. This allows us to provide unparalleled value for money.

We follow a simple but effective three stage process:

  1. Discuss and agree with you the questions and topics that best meet your requirements;
  2. Setup and host the questionnaire online for you. We can also provide you with a printable version of the questionnaire if not all your employees have access to the internet;
  3. Analyse and prepare a detailed summary report based on the data collected. Highlighting key areas of interest - where you are doing particularly well - and those areas that may require attention.

We have an extensive database of comparative benchmark data against which we can compare your scores. In addition, for those organisations that have previously conducted surveys we will include these scores within the report.
