Discuss and agree with you the questions and topics that best meet your requirements;
Setup and host the questionnaire online for you. We can also provide you with a printable version of the questionnaire if not all your employees have access to the internet;
Analyse and prepare a detailed summary report based on the data collected. Highlighting key areas of interest - where you are doing particularly well - and those areas that may require attention.

We have an extensive database of comparative benchmark data against which we can compare your scores. In addition, for those organisations that have previously conducted surveys we will include these scores within the report.

This approach is robust, tried and tested. It ensures that the quality of our work remains at a high standard and yet we are able to keep costs for project work such as this to a minimum.
