The Survey Initiative wins employee engagement at DACS


The Survey Initiative has won a new contract to survey levels of employee engagement at DACS (Design and Artists Copyright Society) following a five-way pitch.

The not-for-profit organisation, which was set up 29 years ago to manage artists’ rights and ensure they are recognised financially and morally, has recently undergone a period of organisational change. DACS are now keen to understand how engaged their workforce are.

Hannah Ahmed, Human Resources Manager, explains: “As a company we are hoping to gain a good understanding of our current employee engagement having recently been through a restructure which generated a great deal of organisational change.  We are also hoping to be able to benchmark our company against similar organisations to discover how we fare when pitted against our external counterparts.”

The Survey Initiative will work in partnership with DACS to deliver an independent analysis of employee engagement within the organisation.
