The Survey Initiative delivers multi-lingual internal communications survey

Schaeffler Case Study

We are pleased to announce that a new case study has been made available via our website.

The case study details our recent work with Schaeffler to deliver a multi-lingual internal communications survey to over 12,000 employees across the Asia Pacific region.  One of the main focuses of the research project, for us, was to ensure that the survey was translated correctly and the meaning of the questions wasn’t ‘lost in translation’.  In addition, Schaeffler wanted the survey to provide actionable outputs – they wanted to ensure that positive change could be implemented as a direct result of feedback from the survey.  The practical changes included:

  • Top management at ‘Town Hall’ style meetings for shop floor employees
  • Plant Manager mailbox for shop floor employees
  • Move to more people oriented stories in publications

You can access the case study here: http://www.surveyinitiative.co.uk/case-studies/schaeffler/
